Main Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand and enable to do any MEP (mechanical, Electrical & plumbing) works of the site assigned.
- Ability to understand and enable to do any Civil works of the site assigned.
- Maintenance – checking systems regularly to make sure that they are working efficiently and safely
- Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk until completion
- Ensure tasks are completed within cost and target times. Make sure accurate records of actual work carried out are maintained, completing Satisfaction Survey works from Reactive works from Client Customer
- To provide hands on support to the FM Team for all mechanical and electrical tasks.
- To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Line Manager.
- Assume other duties as may be assigned by your Line Manager.
- Assume responsibilities in case the TL or Supervisor is not available.
