Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all shift patterns/rotas for reporting staff, changes are to be authorised by your line manager in advance. Maintain and monitor staff time, attendance and conduct in line with Company Policies and Procedures on a daily basis, continuous assessment is required.
- Attend work as per shift patterns/rota with good time and attendance as outlined by outlined by your Line Manager. You must ensure that you sign in and out on each shift. Check Daily signing in/out staff rota to confirm attendance is accurate. Inform your line manager and the helpdesk of ALL absences at the start of your shift.
- Manages staff leave and absence in accordance with agreed Company Procedure dealing with any disciplinary matters in accordance with Company’s Disciplinary Procedure.
- Maintain a performance monitoring systems for reporting staff.
- Maintain confidentiality whilst dealing with personnel and sensitive information.
- Supervise daily operations of maintenance staff and sub-contracted labour in their duties following distribution of all jobs for Planned and Reactive works in the Trade/s that covers your responsibility, for example Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Works or Boat Crane Operation, Fountain (S/Pool and Musical Fountain Maintenance)
- Implement and co-ordinate, monitor and adjust daily work schedules and routines, as required.
- Maintain good communication; conduct daily Team meetings and grooming inspections with reporting staff at the start of the shift, your to continuously monitor standards.
- Complete “Hand-over process” at the beginning and end of your shift. Complete a daily log of activities and all Task Sheets. For Planned PPM & Reactive Works
- Organise out-of-hours emergency work as required. To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to your Line Manager.
- Deal with emergency situations in a professional manner informing Line Manager immediately.
- To manage and participate in the provision of services covering 24 hour / 7day operation.
- Issue Permits to work to staff and sub-contractors.
- Responsible for on-site induction of Staff and sub contractors through coordination with the Helpdesk.
- Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk for hard services through completion. Ensure tasks are completed within cost and target times. Make sure accurate records of actual work carried out are maintained, completing a Satisfactory Survey for Reactive works from the Client /Customer.
- Responsible for generating, updating/keeping management information /records/reports/ as required eg engineers/operational report/logs/maintenance contacts /job record cards/worksheets etc.
- Provide estimates on time, labour, site measurements, cost/budget information as required, maintaining necessary records for effective administration,
- Conduct routine building inspections, raising any issues with the Helpdesk.
